NYTIMES: GERMAN COURT COULD "COMPLICATE" EUROZONE BAILOUT PLANS - THE ASTUTE BLOGGERS SCOOPS THE NYT BY 2 WEEKS!

NYTIMES TODAY:
The German constitutional court could, but probably won’t, throw the euro into chaos when it issues a key ruling Wednesday on Germany’s participation in the rescue mechanism for fiscally troubled euro members.

But, analysts say, the judges are likely to impose restrictions on the German government that could make decision making in the zone even more cumbersome than it already is.

The Federal Constitutional Court will rule on legal challenges to Germany’s contribution to the rescue package for Greece, an expanded version of which is subject to ratification by all 17 euro zone members.
