The extraordinary Mexican migration that delivered millions of illegal immigrants to the United States over the past 30 years has sputtered to a trickle, and research points to a surprising cause: unheralded changes in Mexico that have made staying home more attractive.THINK ABOUT IT:
A growing body of evidence suggests that a mix of developments — expanding economic and educational opportunities, rising border crime and shrinking families — are suppressing illegal traffic as much as economic slowdowns or immigrant crackdowns in the United States.
THEY'D RATHER STAY THERE THEN COME HERE.
THAT MEANS THEY THINK IT'S BETTER THERE THAN HERE.
MAYBE THIS WAS BARACK'S SECRET IMMIGRATION PLAN ALL ALONG: MAKE THINGS SO BAD HERE NOBODY WOULD WANT TO COME - LEGALLY OR OTHERWISE!
IN OTHER WORDS, IT'S A FEATURE, NOT A BUG!
THANKS OBAMA!
Remember, I told you there was physical and daily evidence for this way back in early 2009. Immediately after the stock market crash, when unemployment jumped, traffic in Los Angeles decreased a tremendous amount. A commute that had taken 1 1/2 hours had decreased to approximately 45-55 minutes.
ReplyDeleteI had told you that unemployment could not have possibly accounted for the total decrease in traffic, and that my theory was many of the illegal aliens had left Southern California.
This is, in my opinion, still true to this day.
THANK GOD!
