Health Care Waivers For Everyone!
OK, so not everyone is getting a waiver to opt out from one of the new health care law’s requirements. But perhaps everyone should. Already the Department of Health and Human Services seems to have decided that, at least in the reasonably near future, waivers will be handed out generously to unions, businesses, and state governments alike. Last week, Maine became the first state to officially receive an exemption from the law’s medical loss ratio provision, which requires insurers to spend a minimum percentage of premium revenue on government-defined “clinical services.” HHS has also approved waivers for more than 1,000 businesses and unions—covering a total of about 2.6 million individuals—in order to prevent those employers from dropping health coverage for their employees.THE ASTUTE BLOGGERS:

THE STATE OF MAINE GOT A WAIVER.
MAINE ISN;T ALONE: MORE THAN 1000 OTHER COMPANIES AND UNIONS HAVE GOTTEN WAIVERS TOO.
WELL, IF OBAMACARE CUTS COSTS AND EXPANDS CARE, THEN WHY ALL THE WAIVERS!?
COULD IT BE BECAUSE IT REALLY SUCKS BIG-TIME?

WHAT BREZHNEV DID TO THE USSR, THE CHICAGO MACHINE HAS DONE TO CHICAGO: IT'S A DYSFUNCTIONAL, BANKRUPT HELL-HOLE RUN BY CORRUPT SOCIALISTS.
AND LIKE ALL GOOD MEMBERS OF THE CP IN THE USSR, MEMBERS AND SUPPORTERS OF THE MACHINE LIKE GET SPECIAL DEALS:WE CALLED OBAMA A BREZHNEV SOCIALIST A MONTH BEFORE THE ELECTION IN 2008.
WE WERE RIGHT - AND THE OBAMACARE WAIVERS PROVE IT ONCE AGAIN - JUST AS MUCH AS THE GM BAILOUT DID AND JEFF IMMELT'S RECENT APPOINTMENT DOES AND BILL DALEY'S APPOINTMENT DOES.
IF OBAMACARE WAS ANY GOOD THEN NOBODY WOULD WANT A WAIVER.
THE ONLY WAY TO MAKE IT FAIR IS TO GIVE EVERYONE A WAIVER.

THE ULTIMATE FIX FOR OBAMACARE: CONGRESS SHOULD JUST GRANT EVERY CITIZEN A WAIVER!
Because Obamacare is fundamentally flawed, Obama is granting waivers left and right: 729 so far.
The GOP controlled House has already voted to repeal it, but - as long as Harry Reid controls the Senate, and Obama is in the White House - it's not going anywhere fast.
Instead of spending a lot of time tinkering with it, Congress should just treat all of us regular folk the way Obama treats his cronies: by granting us all waivers.
YEAH: NOT JUST 729 WAIVERS, BUT 330 MILLION WAIVERS.
It's the ULTIMATE FIX!
