CATHOLICS, CATHOLICISM VERSUS MUSLIMS AND ISLAM

Catholicism is opposed to ALL abortions.

But many Catholics aren't. They have private attitudes which differ from the official and basic tenets and teachings of the Roman Catholic Church.

Those on the Left who favor abortion-on-demand may consider the RC Church's teaching on the matter to be wrong or archaic or bad, but when they say this - or other highly critical things about the Church or basic Church teachings - they are not accused of attacking Catholics worldwide.

It's simply a given that it's okay to attack certain tenets without it being construed as an attack on all believers.

THE SAME SHOULD BE TRUE OF THOSE OF US WHO ATTACK ISLAM: WE ARE NOT ATTACKING MUSLIMS.

Many - if not most - Muslims are as disconnected from Islam's basic tenets of Jihad as are American Catholics from the RC Church's tenets on abortion.

Just because - at the present time - most Muslims do not actively support Jihad doesn't mean that Jihadism is not a central aspect of Islam or that Islam is harmless and non-threatening to the West.

Multiculturalism is harmful to the West; Islam is specifically alien to it and a threat to it.

The threat posed to our civilization by Islam is not lessened by appeasing it; no, quite the opposite is true.

The multiculturalists also aid our civilization's enemies when they attack those of us who are defending our civilization by exposing Islam and by trying to prevent it from encroaching upon our civilization's foundational tenets.

Most of these multiculturalists are postmodern leftists who actually want to see our civilization demolished. They feel this way because they have been brainwashed to believe that the West is responsible for most of history's genocide and racism, for Third World Poverty, for sexual repression in the West, and for AGW.

All of these beliefs are demonstrably false, nevertheless, multiculturalists use them to excuse those who seek the demolition of our basic institutions and who attack our basic tenets - whether they're named Bin Laden or Ayers or Gramsci.

This is the basic reason there is a jihadist-postmodernist axis: they share hatred of the West.

And when they attack us as islamophobes or racists, they're really just trying to prevent us from defending our civilization.

They trot out the "YOU'RE A RACIST!" canard all the time - against Tea Partiers, neocons, Republicans, Zionists and free-traders & capitalists.

If they can criticize and attack RC Church teachings and not be called RACIST, then we can attack Islam without being called RACIST.

If they continue to attack us as racist, all they really prove is their own hypocrisy and moral bankruptcy.
