BRAZIL: STATE-OWNED OIL COMPANY, PETROBAS, TO INVEST $224 BILLION IN DEEP-WATER DRILLING

If they can do it, why can't we?

From the New York Times:

SAO PAULO (Reuters) - Brazilian state oil company PETROBRAS on Monday unveiled a $224 billion five-year investment plan as it pushes forward a campaign to tap billions of barrels of deep water oil reserves.

They're doing it. We're not.

In fact, President Obama's moratorium on drilling in the Gulf has had the negative consequence of inspiring business to send their rigs to Brazil.

As far as Barack Obama is concerned, Brazil can expand their oil industry, but the United States can not.

Would it be any different if we had a Marxist in the White House who was bent on destroying the United States?
