AWLAKI VIDEO PRESAGES A MAJOR ATTACK

OSAMA BIN LADEN WAS CRITICIZED WITHIN THE JIHADIST COIMMUNITY FOR ATTACKING THE USA ON SUCH A HUGE SCALE WITHOUT GETTING OR ISSUING A PROPER FATWA.

THIS FATWA BY AWLAKI IS MEANT TO JUSTIFY A PLANNED, IMPENDING MAJOR ATTACK.
