UPDATED: ANOTHER SIGN OF THE ENDTIMES FROM GREECE?!?

THE ECONOMIC COLLAPSE OF EUROPE IS ONE SIGN, PERHAPS. THE INCREASINGLY GODLESS CONTINENT IS BEING ASSAULTED BY ISLAM AND A COLLAPSING BIRTH RATE AND MORAL DECADENCE.

NOW THIS:

Greek officials say a horde of frogs has forced the closure of a key northern highway for two hours.

Thessaloniki traffic police chief Giorgos Thanoglou says "millions" of the amphibians covered the tarmac Wednesday near the town of Langadas, some 12 miles east of Thessaloniki.

"There was a carpet of frogs," he said.

Authorities closed the highway after three car drivers skidded off the road trying to dodge the frogs. No human injuries were reported.

FROGS ARE A WELL-KNOWN PLAGUE:
HERE'S WHAT SOME THINK THE FROGS STAND FOR:

Frogs are cold-blooded amphibians. They lay eggs and hatch into tadpoles in cold water. Frogs which lay eggs on land, also leave their eggs in cold, moist areas. Once the eggs are deposited, the eggs are left to hatch and grown on their own in a cold environment without parental protection and guidance.

When Yesod becomes corrupt, it's believed that people become like frogs – distant, detached, cold and apathetic. Like the frogs who swarmed Egypt, the weak foundation and the cold intimacy spreads rapidly and can quickly infest an entire society. Genuine emotional intimacy turns cold and distant – the Shekhinah is unable to bond with Tiferot, mothers are unable to bond with their children, husbands are unable to bond with their wives, and others are unable to bond with society and the world around them.

The cold intimacy created by corruption of Yesod, creates a foundation which is weak and vulnerable, ready to collapse instantly. Without the foundation of Yesod, society and future generations have the potential to become like the frogs that swarmed Egypt – uncaring, unprotective, apathetic cold-blooded amphibians.

PERHAPS THE ALMIGHTY IS SAYING IT'S TIME FOR PEOPLE TO BE PAYING MORE ATTENTION TO THEIR EMOTIONAL AND SPIRITUAL AND MORAL NET WORTH THAN THEIR MATERIAL NET WORTH?

UPDATE:
IS A PLAGUE OF LOCUSTS COMNG?:
an expert on grasshopper suppression, says the threat assessment is based on the USDA's annual survey of adult grasshopper populations conducted each year in late summer.

High numbers recorded last summer were part of a natural buildup of grasshopper populations, Brown says.

Entomologist Jack Knight of the Nevada Department of Agriculture says grasshoppers can wipe out farm crops and decimate fields of native grasses that feed cattle.

THE MEAING OF THIS PLAGUE:

Passover’s Eighth Plague – Arbeh, Locusts

The seventh plague ended when Pharaoh promised Moses he would let the Children of Israel go as a result of the severe thunder and hailstorm which destroyed everything in the fields. Moses left the city and prayed to G-d requesting the hailstorm to cease. The hail and thunder stopped but once again, Pharaoh refused to allow the people to go as he had promised.

Moses warned Pharaoh the eighth plague would come the following day if he did not allow them to leave. “Tomorrow I shall bring a locust-swarm into your border. It will cover the surface of the earth so that one will not be able to see the earth; and it will consume the remaining residue that was left to you by the hail, and it will consume all the trees that grow for you in the field. They will fill your houses, the houses of all your servants, and the houses of all Egypt, such as your fathers and your grandfathers have not seen from the day they came onto the earth until this day.” (Exodus 10:4-6)

Pharaoh’s servants feared the coming plague and pleaded with Pharaoh to allow the Children of Israel to leave as requested. Pharaoh told Moses and Aaron they could go and asked who else would be going. Moses replied it would be the men, women, children, elders, livestock and flocks as it was a festival and all must go to pray.

Pharaoh believed that if they all left they would not return and agreed to let only the men leave. Since the commandments were binding to all, this was unacceptable and in the morning the winds came carrying the locust-swarm. The locust swarm covered the entire land, causing the land to become dark. The locusts consumed anything that was left remaining after the hailstorm.

Rationalization and Justification of Evil Acts Leaves Society Void of Values and Morals

When Binah becomes corrupt, a person may become so open-minded that every act and deed is rationalized. A justification can be made for every wrongdoing and every destructive activity. Like the locusts which left the land bare and void, corruption of Binah leaves the mind void of morals and values.

Open-mindedness, justification and rationalization are necessary in order to understand life and the world around. However, when Binah becomes corrupted, people begin to rationalize every evil act and justify bad habits and destructive lifestyles.

When the actions of serial killers are justified by having neglectful parents; rapists are justified by having experienced passed abuse; prostitution is justified by the need for many; heroin and alcoholism are justified by a bad economy and the lack of available work – this is Binah in its corrupt form.

A society consisting of over-justification in which every act is rationalized and justified, quickly becomes desolate – empty, bare and void of the morals, values and ethical standards that hold the society and its people together.

HMMM... THE FIRST PLAGUE AGAINST PHARAOH WAS BLOOD.... MIGHT THE OIL IN THE GULF - WHICH IS RED-ORANGE - BE A STAND IN!?

AND IS THIS THE STAND IN FOR LICE? BED BUGS HAVE BECOME AN NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL PROBLEM, AKA PLAGUE.

MEANING OF THE PLAGUE OF LICE:

Passover’s Third Plague – Kinim, Lice

When frogs swarmed the land of Egypt in the second plague, Pharaoh’s magicians once again recreated the event through magic. Even so, Pharaoh became scared and asked Moses to pray to G-d asking Him to remove the croaking, slimy, cold frogs. Pharaoh promised he would let the Children of Israel go and Moses prayed asking G-d to eliminate the plague.

G-d responded to Moses’ pleading and assured the frogs would disappear and remain only in the River. The frogs died and were removed from the homes, fields and courtyards, however Pharaoh broke his promise now that the frogs were no longer a threat.

Through Moses, G-d commanded Aaron to strike the dust of the land with his staff, causing the dust to turn to lice, the third plague brought upon the Egyptians. “So they did: Aaron stretched out his hand with his staff and struck the dust of the land, and the lice-infestation was on man and beast; all the dust of the land became lice, throughout the land of Egypt.” (Exodus 8:13)

The lice were so small that Pharaoh’s magicians had no power over them. They could not recreate the event with their incantations and they could not remove the lice due to their size. The tiny bugs infested every Egyptian and all the Egyptians animals.

Unhealthy Submission Turns Life into Energy Sucking Lice

Devotion and dedication are necessary to accomplish life’s goals. Submission allows mistakes to be admitted and the ability to humbly learn throughout life. Both of these great attributes have the potential to also become highly destructive to life and the soul.

Destructive dedication and devotion comes when the body and soul become so absorbed in the activity or event that everything and everyone else in life is forgotten far into the background. Nothing else matters, nothing is relevant, except the task at hand. Dedication and devotion allow a person to continue forward towards a goal and provides the determination needed to overcome obstacles.

When dedication and devotion are so over-consumed that nothing can stand in the way of reaching a goal, when it used to trample over, pester or irritate others, it becomes destructive dedication, destroying the soul of self and of others.

Unhealthy submission is just as destructive. A person who is overly submissive begins to find life dull and meaningless. They tend to think of themselves and their life as worthless, much as the worthless dust of the ground. The dust then turns to lice, pestering and demoralizing everything in life, leading to depression.

Just as the dust turned to lice and the lice infested every Egyptian and animal, so too does destructive dedication and unhealthy submission (dust) turn to depression (lice). The body and soul becomes infested with small lice, depriving the person of energy and a fulfilling life. According to Yoself Y. Jacobson, “The holy Rabbi Aaron of Karlin put it in these words: “Depression is not a sin; yet what depression does, no sin can do.””

JUST ASKING...

"It is claimed by some that the reign of Antichrist will last fifty years; but the opinion of the majority is that his reign will last three and a half years"that would make it 2012 counting from Obama's election day.
