QUESTION FOR MARK LEVIN: CAN THE HOUSE "DEEM AS PASSED" A VETO OVERRIDE?

What if...

What if - in a few years, after we conservatives have won majorities in both bodies of Congress, the Congress passes a law eliminating the IRS and instituting a flat tax.

But then - surprise surprise - Obama VETOES it.

THEN... The Senate passes it again with 3/4 of the US Senate, OVERRIDING the veto...

AND THEN - stay with me...

THEN... the House leadership finds it CANNOT get enough votes override the veto by a STRAIGHT UP AND DOWN VOTE, BUT... they find that they can get enough votes to DEEM IT PASSED and override the veto.

QUESTION: HAS THE VETO BEEN CONSTITUTIONALLY OVERRIDDEN?

If not, then THE "DEEM AS PASSED" gimmick by Pelosi and Reid and Obama cannot stand.
