UNBELIEVABLE: "...the airborne fraction of carbon dioxide has not increased either during the past 150 years or during the most recent five decade!"

BOMBSHELL: THIS ABSOLUTELY TOTALLY AND UTTERLY DEMOLISHES THE ENTIRE AGW/CO2 THEORY.

THE CARBON TRADING BUBBLE WILL BURST AND CARBON MARKETS WILL COLLAPSE ON MONDAY.

    I think you misunderstand the term "airborne fraction of anthropogenic carbon dioxide"

    It is defined as "The ratio of the observed increase in atmospheric CO2 divided by the emissions of CO2 into the air from fossil fuel burning"

    So article doesn't claim that CO2 is not increasing, but rather that the rate of CO2 increase is consistent with the increase in the burning of fossil fuels.
    ie, the CO2 is still increasing at the same rate as our increase in pumping the stuff into the atmosphere, which in turn means that potential positive feedback mechanisms in the climate have not yet kicked in.
