CHINESE ADMIT THAT $35 BILLION WAS STOLEN FROM GOVERNMENT - LAST YEAR

NYT/AP:
Chinese officials misused or embezzled about $35 billion in government money in the first 11 months of the year, according to a national audit released this week.

The announcement is the latest indication of how widespread corruption has become among government agencies and how difficult it will be for Beijing to root out.

THIS IS LIKELY JUST THE TIP OF THE ICEBERG. I MEAN ICE-CAP!

  • THIS IS HALF OF WHAT IS STOLEN FROM MEDICARE/MEDICAID EACH YEAR.
  • THIS IS A MAJOR REASON WHY SMALL GOVERNMENT IS BETTER: THE SMALLER GOVERNMENT IS, THE LESS THEY CAN STEAL.
  • AND ANOTHER THING: THIS PROVES THAT THE PROBLEM IS HUMANITY-WIDE, NOT ETHNIC, NOT CLASS, NOT NATIONAL. IT'S HUMAN NATURE.
  • THAT'S WHY EVERY GOVERNMENT NEEDS CHECK & BALANCES AND COMPETITION WITH OTHER LAYERS OF GOVERNMENT, IE LOCAL AND STATE VERSUS NATIONAL.
  • IT'S THE ONLY WAY TO KEEP THE BASTARDS FROM STEALING EVERYTHING ALL THE TIME.
  • BTW: THIS $35 BILLION NUMBER DOESN'T INCLUDE ALL THE SWEET INSIDE DEAL/LOANS AND INSIDER DEAL THE BIGSHOTS GET.
  • IF YOU ADDED UP UP THAT'S EMBEZZLED AND THE LIKE FROM GOVERNMENT BY POLITICIANS, IT WOULD PROBABLY COME TO A FEW TRILLION A YEAR WORLDWIDE.
  • YES: MORE THAN THE DRUG TRADE.
