Authorities say Tiger Woods has been seriously injured in a car wreck in Florida.FOX:
The Florida Highway Patrol says the PGA star hit a fire hydrant and a tree as he pulled out of his driveway early Friday in his 2009 Cadillac sport utility vehicle.
Woods was taken to Health Central Hospital. His condition was not immediately known, though the news release said his injuries were serious.
The highway patrol says the crash is still under investigation, and charges are pending. However, the highway patrol said the crash was not alcohol-related.
Woods was apparently traveling under 33 mph because the Cadillac Escalade's airbags didn't inflate, the FHP told the Sentinel.2:45AM ON THANKSGIVING NIGHT?!?!?!?!

But the local mayor said he had suffered cuts to his face and was later released from hospital.
The highway patrol said the crash was still under investigation, and charges were pending.
But it added that the crash was not alcohol-related.

A local police chief in Florida says Tiger Woods' wife used a golf club to smash out the back window and helped get the golfer out of the car.
Windermere Police Chief Daniel Saylor told The Associated Press on Friday that Elin Nordegren told officers she was in the house when she heard the accident and came outside. Saylor says officers found Woods laying in the street with his wife hovering over him.
Police say Woods hit a fire hydrant and part of a tree early Friday. Saylor says Woods was in and out of consciousness when his officers arrived.
Saylor says Woods had cuts on his lips and blood in his mouth. He says his officers gave him first aid until fire rescue came about 10 minutes later.
Saylor says his officers do not believe alcohol was involveD.

A - THEY FOUGHT AND HAD A KNOCKDOWN-DRAG-OUT HUSBAND-WIFE FIGHT...
B - HE STORMED OUT AND WAS GOING TO SEE HIS GIRLFRIEND...
C - SHE STORMED AFTER HIM WITH A GOLF CLUB IN HER HAND, AND...
D - SHE SMASHED THE WINDOWS OF THE CAR AS HE DROVE AWAY...
E - CAUSING THE CRASH AND HIS INJURIES. (MAYBE EVEN CLUBBING HIM TOO!)

Multiple law enforcement sources tell TMZ Tiger Woods' early morning accident came right after an argument with his wife, Elin Nordegren.We're told Elin told cops about the argument at the scene of the accident and Tiger gave the same story to authorities at the hospital where he was treated.
One Florida law enforcement official called it "a domestic issue."
Elin apparently was able to forgive and forget -- according to Windermere Police Chief Daniel Saylor, Nordegren smashed out the back window of Tiger's car to help get him out.
UPDATE -- We're told the Florida Highway Patrol went to Tiger's house this afternoon to talk to him about the accident -- but they were turned away by his wife, who said he was sleeping. The FHP plans to try and talk to Woods again tomorrow.
FINAL UPDATE: I WAS RIGHT - AND I WAS THE ONLY EFFIN ONE IN THE UNIVERSE, TOO.
