RELAX: A PREEMPTIVE ATTACK BY ISRAEL AGAINST IRAN'S NUCLEAR ASSETS WILL NOT LEAD TO ARMAGEDDON

The conventional wisdom and the global anxiety regarding an Israeli attack on Iran is totally wrong.

If Israel attacks Iran there will be no major conflagration as a result; oil will not hit $400/barrel.

The weenies and fear-mongers said the same thing in 1991 regarding the Gulf War and said the same thing before the Iraq War.

When Israel attacked Syria and destroyed its nuclear assets nothing happened.

There was no Muslim uprising or Iranian counter-attack - despite there being a mutual defense pact between Syria and Iran.

Nothing will happen this time.

Saudi Arabia and all the Gulf states want Israel to attack.

Only the jihadists and the cowards and appeasers of the left-wing - who have been the jihadist's Fifth Column and virtual comrades - think there will be a major backlash.

• THE LONGER WE WAIT THE STRONGER IRAN AND ITS STOOGES BECOME AND THE WORSE WILL BE THE ULTIMATE CONFLICT.

• WE MUSTN'T POSTPONE THE INEVITABLE.

• WE MUSTN'T DEPEND ON RUSSIA OR CHINA ALLOWING US TO IMPOSE TOUGH SANCTIONS - WHICH MAY OR MAY NOT WORK WELL, AND WHICH MIGHT NOT WORK WELL IN A DECENT TIME FRAME.

• WE PROBABLY SHOULDN'T USE SANCTIONS - WHICH HURT ALL IRANIANS - WHEN WE CAN USE TARGETED WEAPONS AGAINST THE REGIMES NUCLEAR ASSETS.

• REMEMBER: SANCTIONS AGAINST SADDAM DIDN'T TOPPLE HIM AND THEY HURT ALL IRAQIS - AND THEY WERE USED AS A PROPAGANDA WEAPON BY AL QAEDA.

AN ATTACK IS THE MOST SENSIBLE AND HUMANE WAY TO DEAL WITH IRAN'S NUKES.
