Americorps Stonewalls, Covers For the White House With a New Excuse For Firing Walpin
Frank Trinity, general counsel of the Corporation for National and Community Service, the government agency that oversees AmeriCorps, refused to answer questions from congressional investigators about Walpin's firing and the White House's role in it, citing "White House 'prerogative,'" even though no such thing exists.
The White House and their DNC proxies are changing their story again, saying that they fired him because of gender and racial insensitivity in a parody newsletter produced by his office 13 months prior to the firing by someone other than Walpin.
Walpin's investigation led to clashes with the board over reducing Kevin Johnson's punishment for misusing Americorps money, which Trinity and other top Corporation managers supported.
Ex post facto firings are illegal, as Judge Nap stated.
This goes up to the highest levels. The Corporation for National and Community Service and their spawn, Americorps, are merely Obama's pawns.
Get ready for more czars who dictate and whose actions don't have to be legally justifiable.
