• LIBS BELIEVE THAT THE CONSTITUTION MEANS WHATEVER THEIR LEFT-WING INDEOLOGY WANTS IT TO MEAN IN TERMS OF THE OUTCOME OF ANY GIVEN CASE - AND NOT "MERELY" IN TERMS OF THE CONSTITUTION. NO NO NO THAT WOULD BE

• HE IS NOT CORRECT WHEN TALKING ABOUT JUDGES, BUT HE WOULD BE CORRECT WHEN IT COMES TO LEGISLATORS.

• JUDGES HAVE NO SUCH AUTHORITY UNDER OUR CONSTITUTION. THE POWER TO MAKE LAWS BASED ON THEIR PROBABLE OUTCOMES IS THE JOB OF A LEGISLATORTS. A JUDGE SHOULD RULE BASED ON THE LAW AND ONLY THE LAW.

• OBAMA WILL NO DOUBT FIND A NOMINEE WHO WILL RULE IN THE WAY OBAMA WANTS - AND FURTHER PERVERT OUR CONSTITUTION AND NATION.
