SO TO FINANCE HIS UTOPIANISTIC SOCIALIST SCHEMES, OBAMA HAS TO RAISE MORE TAXES ...

BUT ON WHO ...

DON'T WORRY: OBAMA WILL ONLY RAISE TAXES ON THE DEAD

    There are talk of pet taxes in some states, so maybe there's one more group for Obama before he resorts to the dead. Of course, the government already taxes you when you die.
