NYTIMES PIECE LAUDS OBAMA'S SPECIAL REPRESENTATIVE TO PAKISTAN HOLBROOKE - NEVER MENTIONS AQ KAHN

THE NYTIMES WRITES ABOUT RICHARD HOLBROOKE, OBAMA'S SPECIAL REPRESENTATIVE TO PAKISTAN.
  • THE ARTICLE FAILS TO MENTION AQ KHAN - WHO WAS JUST RELEASED FROM HOUSE ARREST.
  • 78 SENTENCES WITH 1785 WORDS AND NOT IS KHAN.
  • WHY!?
  • WELL, IT'S A PUFF PIECE FOR OBAMA AND HOLBROOKE, SO THEY HAVE TO IGNORE THE FACT THAT OBAMA AND HOLBROOKE ARE ALREADY FAILING, BIG-TIME.
  • YES: THIS DANGEROUS AND THREATENING MOVE BY PAKISTAN IS A DIRECT RESULT OF OBAMA'S SOFT/ACCOMODATING POSTURE.

  1. My favorite Holbrooke story was back in '80, when Republican John Connelly had the early lead in the prez run and Henry Kissinger was JC's foreign pol advisor. Holbrooke was seen sneaking into HK's NYC townhouse office [and then back out] by a friend of mine [who eventually got a top State Dept job under GHWB]. Holbrooke was trying to get a REPUB position if JC got the nomination to run against Jimmy Carter.

Holbrooke is a man of no moral or any other principles, just a mercenary self-absorbed narcissist out for himself. Always was, always will be...plus he's a world class P.O.S. who'll stab his best friend [or country or party] in the back to get ahead.

AQ Khan & Richard Holbrooke resemble each other to a remarkable degree.
