IT APPEARS THAT THE PENDULUM HAS SWUNG BACK TO THE LEFT - THE EXTREME LEFT...

That's the way it works: the right had it's way for a while and now it's the left;s turn.

TO BAD THEIR POLICIES HAVE FAILED EVERYWHERE THEY'VE EVER BEEN TRIED.

If Obama gets his way -- and only public outcry (such as defeated the Immigration Reform) can stop him -- America will be poorer, weaker, and less secure - and it will take us a decade or so to recover.

How sad. I feel sad for my country and for our allies. Especially Israel and Iraq.

But THANK GOD: for every Carter and Obama there's a Reagan.

Dubya was no Reagan: he presided over a HUGE boom in unnecessary spending because Dubya's compassionate Conservatism was really very centrist of not liberal thing.

Nevertheless, just because Dubya was a HAWK, they libs pilloried him non-stop for 7 years.

Bush and the GOP got blamed for LOSING IRAQ - EVEN THOUGH WE WON!

BUSH AND THE GOP GOT BLAMED FOR THE FINANCIAL CRISIS - EVEN THOUGH IT WAS CAUSED BY THE DEMOCRATS WHO PROTECTED FANNIE MAE.

Bush hurt the GOP because - like McCain - too much of a "gentleman": Dubya didn't fight back sufficiently on the Plame thing or the numerous national security leaks and the constant anti-war propaganda in general.

Bush also devoted too much "POLITICAL CAPITAL" to reforming social security. It was the wrong battle at the wrong time.

He should have fought the Democrats harder on Fannie Mae and on energy exploration.

Bush fatigue and the MSM-propaganda and the stock plunge AND BEING OUTSPENT 7-1 all hurt McCain, but I think that Mitt might have done better than McCain.

And the Fred we saw at the convention and since was better than the one who entered the primaries late and seemed half-hearted.

MITT AND FRED MIGHT HAVE CARRIED THE DAY. But they failed to stop McCain - though this was in no small measure because the early GOP primaries allowed crossover voting, and because the MSM wanted an Obama-McCain match up.

And Rudy sucked bigtime, too.

WHO WILL PICK UP THE PIECES?

Haley Barbour is a pro.

PALIN IS A STAR.

Romney is brilliant.

And the there's this guy named BOBBY JINDAL....

Ahhh... or oy....

We have remain steadfast to our principles and fight them tooth and nail.

And look forward to the mid-terms...

BTW: Will Reverend Wright lead the invocation at the inaugural or Farrakhan?

  1. It's not over until the votes are counted . . . Exit polls mean squat.
