RUSSIAN INVADERS SEVERELY HARMED GEORGIAN ECOLOGY

MAYBE NOW WE'LL GET SOME OUTRAGE FROM THE LEFT:
Tbilisi, 31 August: Russian aggressors have released 48 tonnes of petroleum products into the Black Sea, severely contaminating coastal waters, Georgian Environment and Natural Resources Protection Minister Irakli Ghvaladze said today in Poti.

"They blew up Georgian military boats and vessels [near Poti], thereby releasing these oil products into the sea," the minister said while overseeing the taking of water samples for analysis. "But the Russian troops still have not left western Georgia and even today are destroying precious and rare trees in the Kolkhida Park. They are cutting down the forest en mass and taking the lumber; this is a horrible intrusion," he said.

The minister also stressed that Russian troops are also poaching the rare Kolkhida salmon.
THIS WAS NOT A WAR OF LIBERATION; IT WAS AN INVASION OF A DEMOCRACY BY THE REGION'S MOST DESPOTIC HEGEMONISTIC POWER.
  • PUTIN IS TREATING GEORGIA THE WAY HE TREATED KASPAROV, YUKOS AND LITVINENKO:
  • RUTHLESSLY.
  • WHEN WILL IT STOP?
  • WHEN WE MAKE HIM PAY A PRICE.
  • WHO WILL BE MORE LIKELY TO DO THAT, MCCAIN OR OBAMA?
VOTE ACCORDINGLY.
