Biden, 65, is a creature of Washington, a 35-year Senate veteran and chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee whose national security credentials will help patch a hole in Obama's relatively thin resume.

THAT SAYS IT ALL.

THE AMERICAN ELECTORATE WILL NOT VOTE FOR A MAN WITH A THIN RESUME AND HOLE TO PATCH.

AND AS FAR AS BIDEN'S NATIONAL SECURITY CRED'S: HE VOTED AGAINST THE SURGE AND SAID IT WOULD FAIL.
