UK BRACING FOR MORE SNOW

DAILY MAIL:
Britain is set for a late end to winter as snowy blizzards will sweep in this week from the Arctic.

Many parts of the country will be hit by snow and ice, with temperatures plunging to -2C (28.4F).

The freezing cold start to March comes after winds up to 70mph battered the country over the weekend.
... The Met Office said that low pressure air from Scandanavia and winds from the Arctic are to blame for the sudden late bout of winter conditions, which will see up to six inches of snow in some areas.

A Met Office spokesman said yesterday: "A cold band of air from the north means there is a good chance of snow in Scotland and further south for the western parts of the UK such as western Wales and the West Country on Monday night.

"Early on Tuesday, there is a risk of snow on the eastern coast of England. Monday and Tuesday nights will be very cold, with temperatures falling probably as low as minus two."
...Royal Meterological Society spokesman Philip Eden added : "The worst of the snow will be over Scotland and the northeast of England on both Monday and Tuesday.

“There could be as much as six inches of snow over the hills.

“But Monday night and Tuesday will be cold enough for a few snow showers to make it down to the Midlands and East Anglia as well.”

The cold blast comes after a weekend of strong gales around the country.
THE LEFT-WING AGW CULT ARGUES THAT COLD IS WEATHER, AND HEAT CLIMATE. BUT THEY'RE WRONG:
  • THERE IS NO AGW.
  • AGW = BS.
  • AL GORE: STFU.
MORE HERE: BRRR!
