Our concerns have been directed to the danger of Pakistan's nuclear arsenal falling into the hands of the Taleban, or terrorists. The danger of Nawaz Sharif being elected to power is just as troubling. Sharif is a puppet for the ISI - or at least the faction of the ISI which is preoccupied with the struggle for Kashmir, and who believe they can use and control the Islamic Parties. The ISI may very well have played a role in the assassination of Benazir Bhutto. At least she was a major obstacle to their man - Sharif - who might very well prove to be a Trojan Horse for the Islamic Fundamentalists.
