IRAQ: DAILY DEATHS LOWER DURING WAR THAN DURING SADDAM YEARS

CY:
235 violent deaths per day over Saddam's reign including his wars.

137 violent deaths per day in Iraq over the first three years of the present war.

You do the math, and try to paint Saddam's continued reign as a preferable state of affairs.
RTWT.

  • AND MOST OF THE IRAQI DEATHS WERE VICTIMS OF AL QAEDA.
  • AND MOST OF THE DEATHS DUE TO SECTARIAN STRIFE WAS DO TO THE ABILITY OF THE SHIAS TO FIGHT BACK - NOW, SOMETHING THEY COULDN'T SO UNDER SADDAM. UNDER SADDAM ONLY SHIAS WERE BEING SLAUGHTERED.

IRAQ IS ALREADY MUCH BETTER OFF.

AND THEY WILL BECOME A GREAT ALLY FOR GENERATIONS - IF WE DON'T ALLOW THE DEMOCRATS TO FORCE US ABANDON THEM (THE WAY THEY FORCED US TO ABADON THE SOUTH VIETNAMESE).
