WHAT ABOUT SANDY BERGER?

Mike Nifong has been disbarred by a decision of "the Disciplinary Hearing Commission of the North Carolina State Bar," after an open hearing in which he was confronted by his accusers, and in which he took the stand himself.

Sandy Berger accepted disbarment in lieu of an open hearing:
Berger agreed last month to turn over his law license to the D.C. Board on Professional Responsibility rather than submit to an investigation of his removing classified documents from the National Archives.
After a series of cover-up stories, prevarications, and lies, Berger eventually admitted to the deliberate destruction of national security archives relating to actions the Clinton cabinet took --or didn't take!-- in response to Al Qaeda's attacks on American facilities.

And Attorney General Alberto Gonzales and President George W. Bush have let him get away with it. Shame on them for their pusillanimity and incompetence.

  1. I'D LIKE TO KNOW WHEN A SINGLE REPORTER WILL ASK BILL OR HILL ABOUT SANDY.

    ESPECIALLY HILL.
