This Liberal/multi-culturalist immigration bill means that these immigrants won't have to assimilate and this will ultimately destroy our nation's values from within.
These 15 million un-assimilated immigrants - and the MILLIONS more who will now begin to rush in! - will accomplish what al Qaeda and the postmodernists have not: the end of the USA as we know it.
I won't support that.
I will fight against EVERYONE who does.

ReplyDeleteWe do not need more people coming here to be "workers" who then send their money back home, while taking advantage of our health and civil services, but who have no interest in becoming citizens.
Build the wall...then at certain locations along the way, build Elis Island like sites where people can get their vitals checked, get ID badges, and get their resume posted on line. Employers can review the data and invite a worker who has met the criteria; someone commmted to citizenship.
A lot of people came to this conclusion last year, and that is exactly why the GOP lost the House and the Senate. The Bushies and the GOP in general made it clear last year that they were not going to support the building of the fence and that they instead supported this bullshit amnesty. People have been fed up for awhile.

When the people have such an experience they feel as if they have lost control of their own government. Our own government has staged a coup on us.

Well what about gangs like MS 13 who thrive on bringing drugs and people across our southern border?
We provide price supports for MS 13 with drug prohibition and guest worker prohibitions. MS 13's job is arbitrage of supply and demand in markets the government has outlawed.
Why not take our foot off the gas while (before even) trying to put on the brakes?

Market forces are very powerful. Fortunately we live in a capitalist country were all citizens are at least acquainted with supply and demand. Fortunately few believe in that crap.
There is a simple way to fix it. We can ruin the American economy so that Mexico is more attractive than America. That'll show the bastards. Fortunately the Democrats in Congress know what to do on that score.
So I agree with reliapundit. Don't vote for any Republican who is not tough on immigration. If Democrat stupidity gets us into a mass murder world war it will be a small price to pay to show the Republicans who is boss.
I do have another idea that will work. We do to the Southern Border what the East Germans did to theirs. Shoot to kill. There must be a lot of unemployed former East German border guards. I'm sure that is a kind of immigration we can all support.

If our Congress is so smart why don't they just repeal the law of supply and demand? That would fix the problem.

Tobacco prohibition (coming soon to a country near you) will be our next attempt to control demand by controlling supply. Too bad criminal enterprises don't sell stock. I see a LOT of buy signals.

We get labor and goods - they get pieces of paper. Explain again why this is a bad deal?
Plus we get the stuff at a discount depending on how long the money stays out of the country. If it stays out for a year we get a 1% to 3% discount (the inflation rate). Seems like a very good deal to me.
