ISLAMIC MOVEMENT LEADER ARRESTED FOR INCITING VIOLENCE

From Israel Insider:
Border guards and police arrested the leader of the northern faction of the Islamic Movement, Sheikh Raed Salah, Wednesday for inciting violence and waving Syrian and PLO flags during an East Jerusalem protest.

He and another protester were escorted to the East Jerusalem police department for further investigation.

"This arrest and the police's violent behavior won't dissuade us from continuing our righteous and legitimate struggle," retorted spokesman for the Islamic Movement, Attorney Zahi Nujidat, "It's time they stopped abusing the al-Aqsa Mosque."

Salah, who is known for his inciting speeches, is already under investigation ordered by Attorney General Menachem Mazuz for provoking racism, rebellion and violence -- an investigation which was prompted by his comments at a February protest in Nazareth and his statements concerning the Jerusalem Mugrabi Gate issue.
People like him don't belong here, and should be exiled.
