The traitor list is growing long. William Arkin started an uproar this past tuesday with this column, The Troops Also Need to Support the American People. Many were outraged and rightly so and Arkin didn't like the hate mail so he wrote this, The Arrogant and Intolerant Speak Out. He must've gotten some heat from the higher-ups at The Washington Post because he then wrote this, A Note to My Readers on Supporting the Troops.
Arkin is your typical Drive By Media, hard-core, lefty elitist. He just doesn't "get it" when it comes to the troops. Arkin accused his readers of being arrogant but he is the one who displays the arrogance. Flopping Aces gave out his email, warkin@igc.org, for us to share our thoughts about Arkin's columns. A simple email of "You suck!" probably would've sufficed. Instead, I let him know that I thought he was the arrogant one and he had the right to write whatever he wanted but I had the right not to like it.
Also, praise is due to 3 senators (Cornyn, Kyl and Inhofe) for writing an awesome letter to The Washington Post regarding Arkin. Check it out here!
