ANOTHER OLD-TIME LEFTIE TRYING TO RELIVE THE 1970'S

Finally, it has started. People have begun to speak of impeaching President George W. Bush--not in hushed whispers but openly, in newspapers, on the Internet, in ordinary conversations and even in Congress. As a former member of Congress who sat on the House Judiciary Committee during the impeachment proceedings against President Richard Nixon, I believe they are right to do so.
When will the Left realize that they are no longer living in 1970's and that Vietnam and Watergate were a long long long LONG time ago?! Iraq is NOT Vietnam, and The NSA intercepts program is NOT Watergate. Sheesh.

    yeah, "finally, it has started" is the tipoff: they're NUTS!

    CAUSE: due to the person not wanting to accept they have dedicated themselves to a vestigial/anachronistic/passe/discredited ideology.
