Well, they've just expelled the first few Muslim kids (link to a Haaretz article)(and a couple of Sikhs - link to the BBC)for merely wearing their traditional religious clothing to school.

Oh the French are oh so tough on Jihadoterrorism.

Yeah right.

AND WHERE'S THE OUTCRY FROM THE WORLD'S LEFT -- (THE CHATTERING CLASS THAT GETS ALL BENT OUT OF SHAPE IF WE TURN UP THE HEAT ON SLEEP-DEPRIVED JIHADOTERRORISTS DOING WHAT'S SUPPOSED TO BE HARD-TIME IN GITMO?!) -- SHOULDN'T THEY BE DECRYING THE LOSS OF A SIMPLE CIVIL LIBERTY - THE RIGHT TO DRESS AS ONE PLEASES!?

If this kind of thing keeps up, the next thing you know, the xenophobic and chauvinistic French (aided by radical vegans) will try to ban kosher and halal meat!

These kind of misguided policies have no beneficial effect - except to expose the utter hypocrisy and simple, irrational stupidity of the anti-War Left.

Meanwhile, the USA - and our coalition are boldy liberating Muslims in Iraq and Afghanistan from tyranny - and letting be as Muslim as they want to be. While France cowers in the face of real combat, and instead picks on little girls and boys for merely wearing their people's age-old head coverings.

Remember: the Jihadoterrorists in Iraq, who kidnapped the two French guys, were originally demanding that France repeal the head-scarf ban.

But Chirac decided it made more sense to pay the Jihadoterrorists RANSOM ($5million - which will buy the terrorists a lot of explosives with which to kill Americans), then to let little girls wear head-scarves.
