My first thought: Oh no, Super Bow...I did watch it. My first thought: Oh no, Super Bowl half time without a football game to redeem it. My second thought: Berlin, 1936. My third thought, after listening to the commentators: arghh, they wrote the script for the NBC guys too. All in all, in very poor taste. Reminded me of the Busby Berkly take-down at the end of "Blazing Saddles".<BR/><BR/>I watched it because my dearest friend studied Chinese at Beijing University, has visited a number of times until his failing health precluded more, and regularly corresponds with friends there. He and I agree that there is much to be optimistic about regarding China.
