POLICE GUN DOWN KNIFER, AND FOR THIS ARABS RIOT

Once again a riot breaks out by Muslims in Israel who see nothing wrong with threatening authorities with a knife:

Arabs in Israel began to riot Saturday after police shot and killed of 22-year-old Hir Alhamdan, a resident of Kafr Kana in the Galilee. Alhamdan had lunged at a police car and repeatedly made stabbing motions toward the car's window.

The apparently crazed man attacked the police vehicle Friday night, as Nazareth police entered Kafr Kana to arrest a person suspected of throwing a stun grenade in the course of a family feud.

Police originally claimed that policemen fired in the air before shooting the man and that he posed a threat to the policemen's lives when he was shot. Security camera video shows, though, that this is arguable, although it is clear he did behave in an exceedingly threatening way seconds earlier. The wider context in which the incident occurred is not shown in the video.

About 5,000 residents of Kafr Kana demonstrated Saturday in protest of the shooting. Dozens of youths set tires alight and hurled rocks and firebombs at police. Some bore signs saying “His only crime was being an Arab,” and others shouted “Zionists, get out of our lives.”

Heating things up were Sheikh Raed Salah, who heads the Northern Wing of the Islamic Movement in Israel, MK Muhammad Barakeh and ex-MK Taleb a-Sana. The rioters claimed that the 22-year-old was shot when he was trying to run away from the police.

One hour after the riot, two forest fires broke out – at Akada and Mei Ami near Umm el Fahm and the suspicion is that they were acts of arson carried out in revenge for the young man's death.

The Supreme Monitoring Committee of Israel's Arabs called for a general strike Monday in the Arab sector. Riots are expected in the Triangle region, the north, the Galilee and and Wadi Ara.

Well if they want to go on strike, that's fine, because we'd rather not support their businesses anyway. Several people were injured by the riots, including an infant:

A three-year-old baby boy was among several Israelis injured Saturday evening in a string of rock attacks by Arabs. The baby was taken to hospital with "light" wounds when the car he was traveling in was targeted by rock-throwing Palestinians close to Shiloh Junction in southern Samaria's Binyamin region.

Magen David Adom medics provided first aid treatment to the infant, who suffered from a head wound, before evacuating him to Hadassah Ein Kerem hospital in Jerusalem.

Arab extremists have stepped up a campaign of rock-attacks against Israeli motorists Saturday night.

Two people were lightly wounded Saturday evening when rock-throwing Arab rioters attacked a bus traveling along Route 65 near the Iron region (Wadi Ara) police station in northern Israel.

Later Saturday evening three people were lightly wounded when the bus they were traveling on crashed into a barrier on the side of the road on Route 5 in northern Samaria (Shomron), near Barkan. The driver reportedly lost control of the bus after Palestinian attackers pelted it with large rocks.

Magen David Adom paramedics provided first aid treatment and evacuated the wounded to Beilinson Hospital in Petah Tikvah.

In Jerusalem, dozens of Arab rioters hurled rocks and fireworks at police and security forces in A-Tur. Police used riot-control methods to disperse the attackers, and one Arab youth was arrested for disturbing the peace.

Also in the capital, at least three rock-throwing attacks against the Jerusalem light rail were reported Saturday night in Beit Hanina. No injuries were reported but damage was caused to the carriages. Two residents of the Arab neighborhood of Shuafat were arrested in connection with those attacks.

In Ral al-Amud, near Silwan, rioters also targeted security forces with rocks and firebombs. One of the rioters was chased into a nearby building and arrested by police along with another man who threatened arresting officers.

If that's how they're going to behave after somebody imposes danger to others, then they do not deserve support for business.

This happened at least a week ago, but it shows that a certain group of denizens in France does despise her:

Marine Le Pen leaves few people indifferent in France, though sometimes the strong reactions she provokes can veer toward violence.

Such was the case on Monday afternoon when a group of young men waited for the political leader outside a supermarket as she did her shopping in the Parisian suburb of La-Celle-Saint-Cloud.

"Three or four youths asked locals to be sure it was indeed her," an unnamed police source told French daily Le Parisien.

Satisfied they had the right person, the group watched her get into her car and then began chucking rocks at the vehicle as she drove away. She was not hurt, but her car did suffer some damage.

No one claimed responsibility for the incident, which could have been an act of political activism or simple street violence. No arrests were reported.

Correction: nobody wants to admit this was a case of Islamofascism taking its toll, proving they're willing to target Marine Le Pen. We must hope she understands what the country is facing now more than ever, and that other people do too. She's also commented on the crisis the EU is causing with illegal immigration. Exactly why any country with a realistic mind should leave the EU.

In a country where nearly half of the population uses private care, Fernandez's decision might not seem that surprising.The news of her checking into a private clinic in Buenos Aires raised more than a few eyebrows on social media. Despite repeatedly praising the Argentine public health system, the left-wing leader ended up at Sanatorio Otamendi hospital. And not for the first time.Tweets like "once again she chooses a clinic and not one of her hospitals" or "Cristina Kirchner hospitalised, on which public hospital?" were retweeted several times over the past few days. However, a picture shared over 1,300 times with the message "The difference between private centre Otamendi and a public hospital" sparked the debate. The image showed one of Otamendi's luxury rooms, looking like a five star hotel, next to one showing a bed in the Eva Peron hospital, which recently closed.

Carl Boniffatti (@carlbonifatti), who posted the tweet, told me he had both experiences - public and private care. "Otamendi is a real luxury" while his time at a public one wasn't that pleasant. "Touching the walls was disgusting" he said.Some recalled how two years ago Fernandez stated during a speech: "I'm only saying that there is a public health system when the president goes to a public hospital." And others remembered, during the US government shutdown last year, when she said "we may not be a developed country, but we understand that public health is a State issue."This is not the first time that Fernandez de Kirchner has been to a private clinic. The 61 year-old president was treated early this year for a hip pain and sciatica and in July for an acute throat infection. European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker has launched a fresh attack on David Cameron, suggesting he "has a problem" with other EU leaders. Mr Juncker said he was "not frightened" of national leaders and would not accept "unfair or unjust" criticism. The UK is at odds with Brussels over its demands for a £1.7bn top-up payment to EU funds by the end of month. 

The prime minister, who opposed Mr Juncker's appointment, says he will not pay the full sum. Mr Cameron has said he will not meet the 1 December deadline set by the commission for the 2.1bn-euro EU surcharge and wants the final sum significantly reduced.

Once again we've shared our views in a vigorous debate full of the friendly fury free speech encourages, and the people have decided.

Yesterday, we won what some have called "the war on women." Though the GOP picked up some seats they picked them up by running MORE women then they had ever done before. As a result of the Democrat Party pushing the feminist issue, American now has more women in higher office than ever before - and that's good for America. 

Some pundits complained that we "played the race card" too much the last 6 years. I disagree. I think that despite all the gains this nation has made since the 1960's, we forcefully brought the issue back into focus and as a result the GOP ran and elected more people of color than at any time since Reconstruction. This is good for America.

Some pundits claim we lost so many seats because most people feel our economy is still in the doldrums. There's always a lag-time between the real economy and how people feel about it. I am sure that in the next year - before the 2016 election begins - people will be forced to accept that we brought the economy back from the brink. That may be little too late for my colleagues who lost yesterday, but it will be a huge bonus for us in 2016. When so much more is at stake.

So though I am saddened to see so many friends leave, I am humbled and pleased that the progressive agenda of the Democratic Party has been so successful and that in a deeper sense we truly won the day.

I look forward to working with the new majority leader next year on a new agenda we can all embrace. Until then, there's a lot of work that needs to be done - this term, this week, this moment.

A constitutional challenge to the president's long-standing claim of exclusive power over foreign affairs comes before the Supreme Court this week wrapped in a 11-year old dispute over a single word in the passport of an American boy born in Jerusalem.

The justices will hear arguments Monday over one of former President George W. Bush's "signing statements" in a case that could decide when, if ever, the nation's chief executive may ignore a law passed by Congress.

The outcome may further cramp President Barack Obama if he faces a Republican-controlled Congress next year and could limit the power of future presidents as well.

"Many presidents over many decades have claimed exclusive power in signing statements involving national defense, the intelligence agencies and the State Department," said Charles Tiefer, a University of Baltimore law professor. "This case has the potential to change that."

And maybe it's for the best that it does. It might lessen the chances of corruption in politics. If anything, those opposing the inclusion of Israel on a Jewish resident's passport have got to stop this hostility.

FORMER US MARINE BARRED FROM DAUGHTER'S SCHOOL OVER OBJECTIONS TO INDOCTRINATING ISLAM

Another case of school officials disrespecting parents and whitewashing savagery:

Kevin Wood asked that she be excused from class while that subject was discussed, but La Plata High School refused, prompting Wood to argue with the school. That triggered the school to issue a no-trespassing order, reported Pennlive.

Station USA9 reported that Wood, presently a firefighter, said he had not made any threats. Wood and his wife said that if Islam was going to be taught, current events should be part of the lesson. Melissa Wood said, “That's I guess our biggest concern right now is how they're teaching it and what is really going on right now in this world." Kevin Wood added,"[Schools] are not teaching about radical Islam right now - going around beheading people in America and Australia and they're not teaching that. They're just teaching, 'Oh, it's peaceful.' And it's not peaceful."

I think parents who enroll their children in a public school should ask the staff at the beginning whether they support key elements from the Koran, for example. This contempt by the staffers cannot continue unchallenged.

"The video talks about nursing and administering first aid, the cooking and preparation of food, the books of God, sharia science and the preparation of women for there contribution to jihad - essentially getting others to go out there," Charlie Winter, a researcher at counter-extremism think tank the Quilliam Foundation, was quoted as saying by the daily.

"It is kind of a guideline on how to be a good supporter of jihad and have the best role in supporting 'your mujahidin' as a woman," he said.

There are some women under Islam who do learn how to shoot firearms and stab with knives, but one thing that remains clear: women can never outrank men under the Religion of Peace.

And now they are no longer only in major cities, but in 55 areas spread across 22 cities. They are especially in vulnerable areas where many immigrants live. “The criminal gangs are trying to find policemen and identify them and follow them both to and from work in an attempt to scare these policemen, and that is completely unacceptable,” he told Swedish Radio. …

In addition to regular shootouts, there are also blatant drug dealing, extortion and internal gang conflicts, with serious violence incidents in public places, the report reads. It means that people are scared and therefore do not dare contact the police or testify in court.

But if the police inaction says anything, even the law does nothing to help them, and neither does the press. It will come as no surprise if Sweden's headed to become Europe's take on Lebanon in the future.

In International maritime signal flags, plain yellow, green, and even black flags have been used to symbolize disease in both ships and ports, with the color yellow having a longer historical precedent, as a color of marking for houses of infection, previous to its use as a maritime marking color for disease.

The present flag used for the purpose is the "Lima" (L) flag, which is a mixture of yellow and black flags previously used. It is sometimes called the "yellow jack" but this was also a name for yellow fever, which probably derives its common name from the flag, not the color of the victims (cholera ships also used a yellow flag).[1]

A Jewish girl was assaulted in a new take on what was previously called a "knockout game" the other year. This time the hoodlums called it "what the hell are they?" Here's a rundown of what happened in NYC (via Breitbart and The Algemeiner):

The game’s objective is as follows: If someone is wearing nicer shoes than you, you must hit them on their feet or legs, shout “what the he** are they” and run away.[...]

The victim did not immediately understand what they said to her, but later on, when police explained the ‘game’ to her, she recalled that it was indeed what had been said.[...]

The scene at the Public Library on New York Avenue, where the assailant was stopped by Shomrim [security guards] as they waited for the police to arrive, quickly descended into one of the ugliest displays of hate and anti-Semitism this reporter has ever witnessed. Adults shouted anti-Semitic slurs and called for violence against the Jews, simply for being Jewish and standing up for their rights.

Even grownups descended into obscenities. A crowd no doubt influenced by Al Sharpton, no less. Something that's going to take ages to repair. It's very sad, and only furthers the damage to society.
