Even in VERY Democratic New York State, poll workers tried to convince voters that they needed to vote straight party tickets or the machines would jam. ("And of course you're voting for Obama, right?") This was so patently silly that most were mocked and then reported, but certainly some voters believed them.

Electrical machines in other states had been recording votes for Romney as votes for Obama for weeks; most were reported, but how many people didn't notice?? People tend to trust computers to do what they're told.

And different precincts need to compare rolls between elections; a guy called our local talk radio station to report that his brother moved away from the family neighborhood to the next town, and registered there... but never called the old place to tell them he moved. Family found brother still registered in the old neighborhood as well as the new town, where he actually voted. But he could have voted twice.

And is Virginia prosecuting that joker who posted on Facebook how he'd voted four times in early voting and planned to vote again on Election Day?

The UN inspectors were right; the USA has this quaint notion that one can base an election structure on the honor system, when everyone knows leftists have no honor.Leoniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00085841888554010021noreply@blogger.com
